Why Fairmont

Why dentists choose Fairmont.

Dental practices need more than a material and a delivery date. They need responsive technical judgment, consistent execution and accountability when a case is difficult.

Consistency

The value of a laboratory shows in the tenth case, not the first. Technicians who specialize by area of expertise, working to settled procedures, are what make a result repeatable — and repeatability is what lets a practice plan a seat appointment with confidence.

Communication

Questions get answered by someone who has handled the case. Where a prescription leaves room for interpretation, we ask before fabricating rather than guessing and hoping. Uncertain margins, restorative space or component selection are resolved before design approval, not after delivery.

Quality

Every case is inspected under the microscope after the wax-up and again after the frame is finished. Porcelain work combines a layering technique with systems sourced from manufacturers worldwide.

Material selection

Material is chosen for the clinical situation rather than laboratory convenience — and never substituted quietly. Where more than one material would serve, we will set out the trade-offs in strength, reduction, bonding and aesthetics so the choice stays yours.

Complex cases

Send them. Advising on demanding cases is part of the service, not an upsell. Where a case needs staged delivery, a diagnostic step or a conversation with the technician before anything is made, that is an ordinary part of how the laboratory works.

A preferred iTero laboratory

Fairmont holds preferred laboratory designation from Align Technology for iTero. For an iTero practice that means selecting the laboratory at the end of a scan and the case arriving directly — no exporting, no attaching files, no uncertainty about what was sent.

Cases from 3Shape TRIOS, Medit, Primescan and CEREC, Carestream and any open STL system are equally welcome, and conventional impressions remain as welcome as they have been since 1988.
