Who this website is for
This website is written for dentists, prosthodontists, denturists and their teams. It describes the services of a dental laboratory and provides technical reference material for dental professionals.
It is not directed at patients. Nothing on it is dental or medical advice to a patient, and patients should consult their own dental professional.
Technical content
The Knowledge Centre, guides and reference pages describe laboratory practice, materials and technique in general terms. They reflect the laboratory's experience and generally accepted practice at the time of writing.
They are provided to inform professional judgement, not to replace it. Treatment decisions remain the responsibility of the treating clinician, who has examined the patient. Material properties, manufacturer guidance and clinical evidence change; verify anything on which a clinical decision depends against current sources.
We take care to keep the content accurate and we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.
Laboratory services
Descriptions of services, materials, processes and arrangements on this website are general. The terms that apply to a particular practice — pricing, scheduling, remake and warranty terms, and delivery arrangements — are those agreed with the laboratory directly, and prevail over anything here.
Requesting a fee guide, submitting the contact form, or downloading a prescription form does not create a client relationship or a commitment on either side.
Testimonials and case studies
Testimonials are the words of the practices credited, published with their permission. They describe those practices' experience and are not a guarantee of any result.
Case studies are published only with documented patient consent and the approval of the referring practice.
